Cloverleaf Farm Country Store and Gift Shop is a little shop nestled in the beautiful Lakes Region in Effingham, New Hampshire.

Here, you will find fresh baked muffins, cookies, fudge and a variety of coffee and teas flavors. Hot cocoa and apple cider is also sure to please. We stock a variety of natural foods, herbs and spices. Looking for a gift? We sell gifts from local artisans like candles and soaps.

Cloverleaf Farm is also working farm. We specialize in organic heirloom produce. We grow and sell it at our country store and at local farmer’s markets in the area.

What is an heirloom vegetable? An heirloom vegetable is a veggie like the ones that were grown back in the days of our forefathers. They are not grown on a large scale modern farm. Heirloom vegetables use open pollination methods to reproduce. They have seeds that can be passed down through generations, and you will be still getting the same delicious vegetable 50 years from now. It’s genetic make up stays the same year after year.

We also grow heirloom vegetables for their taste. They are juicy, and meaty, and very flavorful. We grow heirloom tomatoes such as Mortgage Lifter, Brandywine, Yellow Pear, Cherokee Purple, and Black Prince. Once you have tasted an heirloom tomato from Cloverleaf Farm, you won’t want a store bought hybrid tomato ever again.

Step into our yard and you’ll see that we raise free range organic heirloom hens for farm fresh eggs and meat. The eggs are sold right here in our store.

In addition, Kathy creates our own line of organic herbal body care products. You will love our own line of herbal products including natural body care, potpourri, herbal oils, salves, ointments, and more, created right here on the farm.
